Order Issues

1. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Please note that orders can only be modified before they leave our warehouse. If your order is still in processing, please contact us and we will do everything we can to help modify your order for you. Once your order has left our warehouse, we are unable to make any changes to the order.
2. How to change or modify my billing address?
Please kindly note that we do not have permission to modify your billing address. If you would like to change your billing address, please contact the issuing bank to change it.
3. Why didn't I get an email about my order being shipped?
Normally, an email with your tracking number will be sent to your account email address once the order is shipped out.
If you did not receive this email, you can check the following situations:
  • Please check whether the email address you used to place the order is correct.
  • Please check your junk folder to see whether the email was misplaced.
  • Please check the order status in your account to see whether it is shipped.
4. What should I do if I receive the wrong item that I didn't order?
Please contact us ASAP. Email us with your order number, information regarding the problem, and provide pictures if there is any damage and/or quality issues.
5. Why am I missing items from my order?
Missing items caused during packing or transportation. Please contact us ASAP. Email us with your order number, information regarding the problem, and provide pictures of the items you received.
6. How can I write a review?
Please leave your review after confirming delivery in your order detail and write a review. 

Shipping & Deliveries

1.Where's my order?
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email including the tracking information. The estimated delivery date depends on the country and the shipping method you chose at checkout. Please remember that this date is an estimate, so your order may arrive slightly before, on, or slightly after your estimated delivery date.
2. Why is my order taking so long to ship?
Normally for in-stock products, it will take 3-5 business days to process the order after the order is placed. If your order contains any pre-order item(s), we will wait until all of your items become available before we ship out the order. This timeframe will be dependent on the expected in-stock date. (Because our items have more hand-made processes and high-quality standard requirements.) 
3. Why is there no tracking update?
As some packages are shipped internationally, you may not see updates via local couriers until the package is in transit, cleared by local customs, and entry is granted into your country. This process can take anywhere from 3 to 5 days. If your order is still under the estimated delivery time frame, please wait patiently! Once this process has been completed, you will be able to see your tracking updates. If your order has not been updated for a long time and is overdue, you may contact the shipping courier or contact us for help.
4. My package shows delivered, but I didn't actually receive it.
Please check the following:
  • Please make sure your order address is correct
  • Check with neighbours and family members(sometimes they will help to pick up)
  • Look around the place of delivery(mailbox)
  • Check for notice of attempted delivery
  • If you still cannot find your package, please feel free to contact us.
5. How long will the order take to arrive?
For in-stock products: Please expect additional 3-5 business days processing time for the total delivery estimates. Delivery time = order processing time + shipping time.
For pre-order products: Please refer to the estimated date provided on the product’s description page. And it's not recommended to choose express shipping for pre-order. Delivery time = pre-order time + order processing time + shipping time.
Please note that if your order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, we will wait until all of your items become available before we ship out the order. We will make every effort to deliver your package on time. However, delays may occur due to invalid addresses, customs clearance issues, public holidays, peak seasons, etc. Your patience is highly appreciated.
6. Will I be responsible for any customs or duty fees? 
Shipments will be delivered with duties and tax unpaid. Therefore, all import (customs) duties and/or taxes will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customer, especially if you choose Express Shipping for your order.

Return & Refunds

1. Can I return or exchange the items?
Due to the unique and intricate nature of our handmade products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for these items. We appreciate your understanding that each handmade piece is crafted with care and may have slight variations, which only add to its individuality and character. Each item is carefully inspected before being shipped to ensure that you receive the best possible product.If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hitmeup@hioddsome.com. We will require photographs of the damaged or defective item to assess the situation and determine the best course of action.

Payments & Pros

1. Why was I charged twice?
Uh oh! However, please don't worry! Please check first to see if you accidentally placed multiple orders. If not, please take a screenshot of the payment history and contact us.
2. Why has my payment been declined?
This may have happened for a few different reasons:
  • Card info is incorrect. Please kindly check the expiration date, billing address, and security code (The security code can be on the back of your Visa/Master card).

  • Card issuer bank declined your payment.

  • Not enough balance on the card.

  • Shipping address and billing address are inconsistent/incorrect.

If everything is correct, please open another browser and/or try other forms of payment to complete your order.
3. Where can I get the discount?
You can stay up to date through our website, which is usually displayed on the homepage.
In addition, you can also follow our social media accounts on Instagram for timely event information.
4. Why isn’t my promo code working?
Here are a few tips to troubleshoot:
  • Enter your coupon code at checkout under the “Gift Code/Discount Code” field.
  • Check the expiration date of your coupon code.
  • Coupon codes may only work on certain items. Already discounted, sale or final sale items may not be eligible.
  • Coupon codes may be case sensitive and do not contain any spaces.
  • Most coupon codes may only be used once.
5. My promo code has expired. Can I request another one?
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide you with a new code. We recommend using the code within the validity period.
